Returns

  • Eligibility for Standard Products:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items (unless defective)
    • Gift cards
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • For standard products: Email info@barrinecollective.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
    • For fragile items: Include photos of the item and packaging within 2 days of receipt.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, colour, or design, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within:

    • 2 days for fragile items.
    • 7 days for standard products.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • For fragile items, ensure they are securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
