Returns

Eligibility for Standard Products:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. -
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:
- For standard products: Email info@barrinecollective.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
- For fragile items: Include photos of the item and packaging within 2 days of receipt.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size, colour, or design, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within:
- 2 days for fragile items.
- 7 days for standard products.

Include photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
