Delivery Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide and International

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over 80 AUD. Delivery within 2-8 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 9.9 AUD for orders under 80 AUD. Delivery within 2-8 business days.
• Express Shipping: 14.9 AUD. Delivery within 1-4 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@trackwild.com.au or info@barrinecollective.com.au with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
