At Track Wild, we want you to love your hat. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange for unused items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 2 days for fragile items) and include photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
